I was born and raised in Houston, but at 18, I left to pursue a career elsewhere. While studying finance and philosophy in the Midwest, I thought that I would become a professor or maybe a financial advisor, but God had other plans for my immediate future. And gradually (seven years later) – through conversion, prayer and reflection – I “heard” the calling to return to Houston and study for the priesthood. I now look forward continuing my theology studies and my preparation for a life of imitating Christ and serving His bride, the Church.
