I am from Katy, Texas and went to Taylor High School. I later went to the University of Texas majoring in Finance. In college I made room for God only on Sunday at the late night Mass. Thanks to my Mom’s insistence I went, but also it gave me a peace which was lacking throughout the rest of the week. But, it was my third year of college when I studied abroad in Seville, Spain that I had a conversion to finally live my faith in Jesus Christ. Through praying the rosary and visiting Fatima where I had a life-changing experience of the sacrament of Confession, I was moved and given courage to live as a Christian. I returned to Austin from Spain a more secure and stronger person and got involved in the Longhorn Awakening retreat at UT. I felt a strong desire to be used by God as a priest. I have been in the seminary six years and am confirming that call. Please pray for me.
